Who’s Behind the Fest?

BOF 2026 is spearheaded by BlueOcean.Eco, a dynamic spin-off platform of the Reef Aquaculture Conservancy (RAC).

ue dic The festival is made possible through a powerful alliance with key partners, including ADEX Asia, Saving Our Sharks, the Blue Carbon Institute, various UN agencies and embassies, as well as organizations from the dive and tourism sectors. It also brings together a diverse network of artists, scientists, and community leaders, all united by a shared commitment to ocean innovation and sustainability.
